Special Events

The Recreation Department organizes many village-wide special events during the course of the year. Some of these events include:

  • Spring Egg Hunt
  • Parties in the Park at Horan's Landing
  • Outdoor Movies
  • Fireworks on the 4th of July (shared with Tarrytown)
  • Mermaid Festival
  • Oktoberfest
  • Halloween Events (Pumpkin Painting, Glass :Pumpkin Patch, Costume Parades, Truck or Treat, etc.)
  • Family Fun Day
  • Holiday Tree Lighting and Pictures/Carriage Rides with Santa
