Parking Enforcement in the Manors Resumes Monday March 16

The parking regulations enforcement pause in Philipse Manor and Sleepy Hollow Manor, enacted in fall of 2025, expires on Monday, March 16.  

**Starting at 9:00am on Monday, March 16, the current “no parking on all streets in Philipse Manor and Sleepy Hollow Manor” regulation will be enforced by the SHPD.**  

The “No Parking” regulations are in effect 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. 

The Village of Sleepy Hollow Board of Trustees continues to work towards formulation of updated parking regulations that will best serve a majority residents of all neighborhoods within the Village. A public hearing on proposed updates to parking regulations in Philipse Manor and Sleepy Hollow was held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 during the Village of Sleepy Hollow Board of Trustees Meeting. Following extensive public comments, the hearing was closed, with the provision that additional written comments would be accepted and reviewed by the Board if received by Tuesday, March 17. The Trustees intend to evaluate public comment and consider any modifications recommended to the proposed code. A vote on any updated regulations will be scheduled for the April 14 Board of Trustees meeting.
